Trade, bespoke and projects.
For interior designers, specifiers and private commissions. Send the room and the studio will answer with a size, a finish and a timeframe.
Three kinds of enquiry
Interior designers
Specification support before you commit. Dimensions, centre openings and finish can be confirmed in writing, and pieces can be cast as matched pairs or sets so a run reads consistently across a scheme.
Bespoke and adapted
Some designs can be adapted in size or profile, and new pieces can be developed from a drawing or a reference. Bespoke work needs a new master, so it carries a longer lead time than a catalogue piece. The studio will tell you what is realistic before you commit.
Projects and repeats
Residential and hospitality interiors, including repeat runs across multiple rooms. Say how many pieces and when they are needed on site, and delivery can be staged to the programme.
What the studio needs to answer properly
The quickest route to a firm answer is the room, not the product code. Ceiling height and the drop of the fitting decide the diameter. The wall or ceiling build decides the fixing. The existing electrical point decides battery or mains.
Send those three and a photograph, and you will get a size, a finish and a realistic timeframe rather than a brochure.

Tell the studio what you need
Every enquiry is read by the studio, not a queue. Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank — a photograph and a ceiling height is often enough to get a firm answer.
- The room, and the ceiling height. On a rose, height and the drop of the fitting decide the diameter more than taste does.
- What you are fixing to — plasterboard, lath and plaster, or masonry — and whether there is an existing electrical point.
- How many pieces, and whether they need to match one another. Pieces cast in the same edition sit closest together.
- Your on-site date, if you have one. It is better to hear it is tight than to find out late.

Message Flare Studio
WhatsApp reaches the studio directly. It is the quickest way to confirm a size, a centre opening, a matched pair, or whether a design can be adapted.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK. Weekend messages are answered the next working day.
Include the room, the ceiling or wall build, and the fitting you are working to.
Every piece is supplied unpainted. Finishing guidance is in the Fitting and Painting Guide.
Pieces are made to order in small editions, so timings are confirmed per enquiry rather than promised in advance.
Before you specify
Can pieces be cast as a matched pair or set?
Yes. Pieces cast in the same edition sit closest to one another, so say at the outset how many you need rather than ordering singly and adding later.
Can a design be made in a different size?
Sometimes. Scaling a design is not a slider: it needs a new master, and some profiles do not survive being enlarged or reduced. Send the size you want and the studio will tell you whether it holds.
Do you supply painted or finished pieces?
Pieces are supplied unpainted as standard, which is deliberate: a piece finished in the wall colour reads as architecture. Where a finish is required for a scheme, ask.
Can you confirm dimensions before I specify?
Yes. Stated sizes are on every product page, and the studio will confirm the dimension and centre opening in writing for a specification.
How long does a project run take?
It depends on the number of pieces and whether anything is adapted. A catalogue piece follows the dispatch time shown on its page; a run across several rooms is scheduled against your on-site date. Say the date in your enquiry and you will get a straight answer rather than an optimistic one.
Is there trade pricing?
Ask. Pricing on repeat runs and multi-room specifications is discussed per project rather than published as a blanket rate.
