Our products are handmade and may have small natural variations in surface texture, finish, shape, or colour. These variations are part of the handmade character of the item and do not usually count as faults.

Product images are provided to show the design, scale, finish, and general appearance of the item. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, or wall colour.

Many flare products are paintable. If you choose to paint, alter, drill, wire, or modify a product after delivery, this is done at your own risk.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not mean the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an issue with stock, pricing, payment, delivery details, or suspected misuse of the website.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and accepted.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated processing time shown at checkout or on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details.

6. Installation and Use

Some flare products are decorative plaster lighting pieces and may require appropriate installation.

Battery LED options are designed for simple hook-on installation where stated.

Mains LED options should be installed by a qualified electrician. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable fittings, or unauthorised modification.

Customers must ensure the product is suitable for their wall, room, fitting method, and intended use before installation.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Returns are accepted within the stated return period, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in suitable packaging.

Custom, personalised, altered, or specially requested items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
